Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Jinseok Oh ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Glance (the "App"), a project and task management application.

Information We Collect

Information You Create

  • Projects and tasks you create
  • Schedules, deadlines, and progress data
  • Tags and categories you define
  • Memos and notes attached to tasks
  • App settings and preferences

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (device type, operating system version)
  • App usage analytics (crash reports, feature usage)
  • App version information
  • Advertising identifier (for personalized ads, with your consent)

Data Storage

All your project and task data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud. We do not have servers that store your task data. Your projects, tasks, and progress remain on your device and your personal iCloud account.

iCloud sync is enabled by default to ensure your data is backed up and synchronized across all your Apple devices. Your iCloud data is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

  • To send notifications and reminders you've configured
  • To improve and optimize the app experience
  • To analyze crash reports and fix bugs
  • To display relevant advertisements (free version)

Advertising

The free version of Glance displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. We may collect and use your advertising identifier to provide personalized ads, but only with your consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device's Settings. Pro users do not see any advertisements.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

  • Apple iCloud: For data synchronization.Apple Privacy Policy
  • Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchases (Pro upgrade).
  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free version only).

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • Access: View all your data within the app
  • Edit: Modify or update any of your projects and tasks
  • Delete: Delete individual tasks, projects, or all data from Settings
  • Export: Your data is stored in your iCloud account and can be managed there
  • Ad Tracking: Control personalized ads through iOS Settings

Data Deletion

To delete all your data, you can delete all data within the app's Settings, or uninstall the app, which will remove all locally stored data. To delete iCloud data, go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Glance.

Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for users of all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All data is stored locally on the device and in the user's personal iCloud account.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
