Please read these terms carefully before using the app.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Glance is a project and task management application that allows you to:

  • Create and manage projects with visual timelines
  • Track tasks with start/end dates and progress
  • Organize tasks with tags and categories
  • View schedules in calendar, timeline, and list views
  • Monitor statistics and productivity analytics
  • Sync data across devices using iCloud
  • Receive reminders and notifications

3. Free and Pro Versions

Glance offers both free and Pro versions:

  • Free Version: Includes all core features with advertisements displayed
  • Pro Version: One-time purchase that removes all advertisements and unlocks template features
  • 24-Hour Trial: Watch a rewarded ad to experience Pro features for 24 hours

Pro purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • Keep your iCloud account secure for data synchronization

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally on your device and synchronized via iCloud. We do not collect or store your project data on our servers. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your data. We recommend keeping iCloud sync enabled to prevent data loss.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Jinseok Oh and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any projects, deadlines, or outcomes you may or may not achieve using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
